Obviously designed by someone who does not cook. The oven temperature settings are U shaped with 350 right at the bottom. The settings are covered by the knob and can only be read by kneeling down.

Sensi temp coils ruined any kind of cooking with this stove. Frequently cycles off and never turns back onto high heat. It is rare for the coils to the electric coils to have healthy red glow. It is to the point that it's faster to cook with all four coils and cycling the pan between the ones that are still hot. Meals take 3x as long to cook. Recently the main burner stopped heating up altogether.

I bought this a couple of months ago. It works very well. As with all apartment sized appliances, it was a little costly. However, it fit into the available space perfectly and was less costly than a kitchen remodel. My wife and I are very satisfied with the purchase.

There is nothing that stands out about this stove. It works okay. Upon using it, I wish the top lifted for easy clean up of over spills on the burners. The knobs that control the burners are very confusing. They are not clearly marked. I have already lit the wrong burner once. I wish there was storage space for pots and pans under the oven. Such a waste of space.

I wanted to like this oven and stove because my landlord wanted my unit to be the perfect home for me. And because it is one of the few new units that would fit in the small space that is my kitchen . When it got delivered it has an esthetic issue from the start that is it sits below rhe level of the counter. Not the stoves fault but it did not have a ™lip™ or any way to blend it better with the surrounding counter and right away like the tenant hefore me there was a place for crumbs dirt and debris to fall between counter and appliance which it does. Also the burners are not flush.they are wonky and uneven the pans rock on them and thus heating is uneven. Also the oven heats very slowly and heats the whole kitchen.i go out of my way to not have to cook. Just being honest.

I™™m a renter and so I™™m stuck with this stove and have lost interest in cooking until I find another place to live. As at least one other person wrote, it has ™useless™ burners with a supposed safety feature built in, whereby they™™re supposed to turn off when you remove the pan from the burner but what actually happens is, in the middle of cooking, even though you haven™™t removed the pan from the burner or adjusted the burner temp, the burner constantly cycles off and on so, one minute, it™™s boiling, the next minute it™™s doing nothing and you™™re waiting until it heats up again so you can continue cooking, considerably lengthening the time it takes to cook anything or, as in my case, ruining the recipe. Also, I don™™t believe it ever cools off enough while it™™s cycling so that a child couldn™™t still burn themselves, if that™™s the intended supposed benefit. At best, this stove is useful to heat up a can of soup or some leftovers and that™™s about it. If you enjoy cooking, you won™™t want this stove or any stove with this burner type.

The burners on this stove come with a safety device that supposedly keeps the burner from heating unless a pot is pushing down on the central button. What actually happens is that the burners turn off when a pot reaches boiling, turns off if a pot is at all larger than the element, turns off for no apparent reason. I replaced the burners with elements that don™™t have the central button, and the stove now works fine. Why would someone invent a burner that doesn™™t allow a chef to control his own cooking?

Stovetop did not work since first use. The large burner doesn't work at all and the other burners switch off when another burner is turned on (completely off, not just lower to maintain temp) Also the cooptop light stays on all the time. This stove was purchased for a summer cabin and installed while we were away. The local company (At Home Appliances, Grand Marais MN) will not warranty or service the unit despite it barely being used because it has been over a year. I am currently spending my vacation trying to service it myself but lack of a VOM and access to a knowledgeable tech is making it difficult. Amana has a wait time of 4 days for a "Call Back" from the service department. There is no real info online.

I bought this range about 8 months ago. I DO NOT LIKE the 20", which is all I could get in apartment size ranges, you cannot bake a large pizza in it without it burning--the oven is too narrow for heat to circulate. Even a 9 x 13 cake pan burns. Please go back to the 21" (or the size this one replaced to get more height space ). I miss the bottom drawer.

I replaced a similar stove because two of the burners didn't work and the oven temp was off by 50 degrees, more or less. Because of the small size I didn't have many choices of stoves and it was very expensive even though it had no bells or whistles. The four burners work but the oven temp is at least 50 degrees off, in either direction. Adjusting the oven temp knob does not help...it is totally inaccurate. I should have kept my old stove and just used two burners. Actually, I've been using a portable induction burner on a countertop for most of my cooking. Complete waste of a lot of money.

I ordered this stove on May 1, 2021. I finally got it Aug 1, 2021. I understand that this year has been particularly difficult with many products. However, now that I have the stove the oven is much too hot. At 400 degrees the preheat setting does not turn off. The oven heats to at least 60 degrees above the set temperature. One of the burners turned itself off. The light indicated that the stove was still on but there was no heat on the burner. I have contacted the store where it was purchased and am awaiting contact regarding repair.

Perfect for our cabin. Love that it has a window and an oven light. The only thing so far that I don't like is that it takes a long time to heat up a large pot of water due to temperature limiting coils.

This replaced a same-sized 1950's model that had only three burners on top and while the stove works fine, but is a crowded surface and that causes the heat to get away from you and lots of unexpected boil-overs. So -- it's an adjustment Sadly, nobody makes a three burner top anymore.
We feel like the oven is also a little less that accurate. Our home is at elevation, so longer times are expected, but we feel like she runs a solid 25* below what the knob says.

Oven runs cold about 25-30 colder than the knob is set to.
Difficult to read the knob as the bottom of the knob covers up the temperature settings, so you have to bend down to see the knob settings. I am only 5'10" tall on top of it.
The oven door does not have any locking mechanism so if you are broiling, you have to keep the oven door all the way open, otherwise the door slams shut.
I think I should be monetarily compensated. Was this oven made in Russia?
Once the oven gets really dirty, I will replace it with some other brand.
Never again, will I buy an American made appliance. I am done with American made appliances. That is why all you American appliance makers are losing market share.

Unit purchased received in early October with non-working oven. It took days to reach the local tech support. Problem identified, but still waiting for part to arrive, after many dubious promises of shipment, claims of 'lost in transit', etc. Escalated to HQ to request expedited shipment. STILL waiting for part. No oven for Thanksgiving or Xmas. Will Santa bring in New Year?

I installed this unit in my ADU and I find it difficult to use. 1. I have got the knobs confused numerous times and thought I had different burners on than I did. I also turned on the stove when I thought I had the burners on. The knobs are hard to see and the order of them are not intuitive. I thought I had the stove off, but it was off, and I literally started a fire in my new kitchen. 2. The burners seem to get VERY hot, like dangerously hot. Guests of mine report the same issue. 3. The bottom drawer is useless - there is no storage. 3. Removing the burners is not standard, nor easy. You can't just pull them out but have to know you PUSH in and DOWN and then pull to remove them. I always tell my tenants/visitors about these burners when they move in otherwise I get a call, "How can I clean the stove top?" This is totally irritating. It is a stove that requires directions to use. 4. At $600 you feel robbed. It is a simple, small, cheap appliance but they get you on your need/desire for a small appliance.
The good news is that the stove does what it is supposed to do....but be careful.

I just gave this stove a bad review because the oven is so hot on the outside it is a fire hazard. BUT I just talked with Ashland Home Center and they are going to give us a replacement stove, at no extra charge.

I loved this stove when I saw it at Ashland House Center. But when it was delivered, first I noticed the metal face plate at the bottom is loose and there is no drawer. WORST OF ALL, when I used the oven the outside of the range got so hot I couldn't touch it for fear of being burned. This stove is definitely dangerous because it could easily cause a fire. So far the business we bought it from is not returning our phone calls. I am a senior and cannot afford to buy another stove, unless I am given a refund on the one I just purchased for $599.

Our previous apartment stove had a very uneven oven so we are happy with that aspect. I would like to understand how this stove regulates the burners. I notice the coils are not all on even when it is on high. My complaint with this stove is that the area under the oven which would be useful for storage is totally un-accessible. Surely it would be possible to make it so we could store pots and pans under the stove. Our electricity come from solar power. I wonder how efficient your stove is and how well insulated the oven is.

We™™re renting a house with smaller appliances in it, including this oven. Works pretty standardly after adjusting to smaller size. My issue is with cleaning in between the door as some of the cleaner from cleaning door and other oven mess is stuck inside and visible when the door is closed. Any suggestions?

I like it's clean lines and controls on the front.
It appears very basic, but has a lot of class! I've baked in it and it holds full size large pans or two cake pans. Works great, burners or oven!
